Cristina was our agent for the sale of our house in Woodstock in December 2021. She was very professional and efficient and secured the sale of the house in a very short time, especially considering that it was a few weeks before Christmas. She provided considerable amount of information on recent comparable sales so we were able to set an appropriate asking price. Cristina was very good at coordinating and providing access for cleaning and staging while we were out of town. I have worked with Cristina John on my last two home purchases, and she is hands-down the best real estate agent I've worked with. She is so calm and collected, but doesn't miss a beat, either. Cristina John has been an absolute delight to work with for the purchase of our last two homes (and we’re working hard now to add a new home to that list, which is expected to close on time this week). A diamond in the rough
It was a true blessing to find Cristina.
